Convenience fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable and applicable on all cancellations, including partial cancellations.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For example, credit card payments will be reversed, and debit card payments will be refunded.
Upfront discounts and promo code discounts availed at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount for partially utilized tickets.

Only cancellation requests made online or telephonically or via email (For emails, travel date must be more than 48 hours) through our customer support shall be entertained. Flightofox.ca shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, contact the airline directly. We will not assist with these cancellations.

If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, contact the airline for cancellation. Flightofox.ca will not process the refund and will not take responsibility for the same.
